I highly recommend ACS. I bought our first vacuum around 6 years ago, and have purchased 2 more machines since then from James and the team. Their after sales service and support is absolutely second to none, and I mean literally. The constant development and innovation, sharing of new ways to be more efficient, helping when diagnosing possible issues (which are almost never an issue with the machine, more staff/maintenance etc), and hours on the phone answering all my questions. Amazing! I bought the Guttervac 1030 from these guys back in July and this machine got us through COVID and we profited VERY well because of it, these systems are for business owners that really take their business seriously. Not only is it a brilliant machine, but the customer service was and continues to be above and beyond anything I have encountered in the cleaning industry. These guys do not push, the product sells itself, they walk you through every step and make sure you understand how the machine works, and they do follow up calls well after you’ve purchased the machine! Easy smooth transaction,After purchasing the gutter master 2050 went to Melbourne to have vac fitted to my new trailer.met up with James at factory to have vac fitted after fitting James explained in detail the operation of vac and has implemented some of own fittings and setting’s to vac to help proper operation and maintenance James left no stone unturned when explaining which gave me confidence in operating vac.I found all staff pleasant and helpful throughout process. We have purchased a Gutter Master 1020 Pro gutter vacuum system from Applied Cleansing Solutions about a year ago. This is a great system as it needs a less storage space and do a great job by saving time and removing all debris and water stuck on gutters. It was a great experience dealing with the team at ACS.
